Alyza Joyce Escobia is a student-leader, campus journalist, and an opinion writer at Breakline PH. She has dedicated five years to honing her craft under the opinion category, establishing a distinct voice in public commentary. Currently a 10th-grade student at the Valenzuela City School of Mathematics and Science (ValMaSci), she balances her academic pursuits with significant responsibilities in campus journalism and student leadership. Escobia serves as the Managing Editor of The Equilibrium, the Official English Campus Publication of ValMaSci. Her leadership and commitment to keeping the journalistic creed alive extend as the elected Treasurer of the Valenzuela City Secondary Editors' Guild. She once represented SDO Valenzuela in Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) as a Radio Broadcasting Infomercialist in 7th grade.
